1 - If you purchased a Cotton Cord basket at a craft market: These baskets and bowls are dyed cotton so that they will retain their color for years. Wipe with a damp to refresh, however, they are cotton so they can be washed by hand with gentle soap in cold water. Just reshape and dry on a flat surface for 24-48 hours. DO NOT BLEACH or use any type of disinfectant that will eat away at the cotton. Plates, towels, napkins or small bowls make great inserts for storing lemons, limes, onions, etc. Our planter baskets include plastic dishes for your pots and each is lightly sprayed with Scotch Guard as a starter protectorate.
2 - Waxed Linen: Dust only with a clean, soft cloth. Keep away from sunlight and heat.
3- Paper Yarn on Nylon Cord: Dust only with a clean, soft cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Never use liquid sprays or wet cloth to clean.
